Did you know that you can use Delivra's HTML Content library to store landing pages ? Yep, instead of having to rely on your IT or Web team to create and publish a web page you want to use for your marketing efforts, let Delivra's Content library do the work for you.
For example, let's say you are interested in providing your recipients with direct access to past issues in your company's current newsletter. It isn't necessary to post those newsletters to your company's web site. You could easily link back to past issues by directing your mailing's recipients to files stored in your list's Content library.
If you normally upload content to Delivra, then to get the URL for a content file (e.g., a link to a past newsletter) go to your list's Content library and click on View Content. Find the file in question and click on the Preview link to the right. Next, click on the link that says 'Click here to view in a new browser window'. This will launch the newsletter in a new browser window. The URL in the address bar will look something like the following:
http://editor.ne16.com/htmleditor/vO.aspx?FileID=c8321521-7157-44dc-9042-9dce75214508
This is the URL you will need to link to in your mailing.
But if you create your content in Delivra's editor, the process is even easier. Open the content for editing, select the text or image you want linked, and then click the Insert/Edit Link button:
. On the screen that appears, click the browse button:

Then you can select the page to link to from your HTML Content library:
(The HTML file you choose here can be any piece of HTML content that was either uploaded into your library, or created by the Delivra editor. Note that you can also link to documents or images stored in your Delivra Media Library, or to Surveys you've built in our system.)
So remember, instead of being dependent on your IT/Web team for the creation and publication of a landing page, you have all the tools you need to create landing pages for yourself in Delivra. If you have any questions about implementing either of the above scenarios please contact Delivra Support or your personal Account Manager.
